Select it (click it or choose it from the list) to edit its settings. When you leave this tab, the sticker becomes an editable layer in the "Material" tab (alongside your other images).
If you uncheck this option, the sticker remains a pure 3D decal. It will always be visible in the 3D viewer (with its own roughness, metalness and opacity), but it won't appear as a layer in "Material" nor be included in the baked texture used for export or AR.
Roughness, Metalness, Environment Reflection and Emission only affect the 3D preview in this tab. Once you leave, the sticker becomes a regular material image layer (sharing the material's roughness and metalness with the rest of the object). Only Opacity is preserved in the baked layer.
